To secure a future date on a trip, a $100 NON REFUNDABLE Deposit is required! It will be applied to your balance. All airport pick-ups must be paid in full to secure pick-ups! No exceptions!
Game Day Shuttle is a CASHLESS service. Cash tips are optional and greatly appreciated!
All trips must be paid for in advance. After your payment has been received, a confirmation email is sent confirming your itinerary details you provided. For future trips, once deposit has been received remaining balance must be paid by due date given or trip is subject to cancellation.
**All trips are non refundable unless cancelled by Game Day Shuttle.
Yes, we offer transportation services 24/7 to ensure our riders can travel at any time. All trips must be paid in advance for us to book your trip. We are "Here for all of your shuttle needs"!!
We require at least 24 hour's notice for cancellations. You may reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled airport pickup will be subject to a $25 charge. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS!
Game Day Shuttle takes pride in providing clean, safe, and comfortable transportation for all passengers. Customers are expected to leave the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received.
The person making the reservation is financially responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or sanitation services required as a result of their party's use of the vehicle.
A cleaning fee may be assessed for but, is not limited to:
Cleaning and damage fees range from $50 to $300.
By booking with Game Day Shuttle the customer acknowledges and agrees to terms and authorizes Game Day Shuttle to invoice and collect any applicable cleaning or damage charges incurred during the trip.
If an event is canceled by the venue or event organizer, the customer may reschedule their Game Day Shuttle transportation for the rescheduled event date or transfer the reservation to a different event. All rescheduled transportation is subject to Game Day Shuttle’s availability on the requested date.
For all overnight trips, the driver's lodging for the duration of a trip will be included in the costs of the trip.
When a booking requires the driver to remain on site or when parking is necessary at an event or venue , the booking contact is responsible for all associated parking fees. Arrangements for parking and payment must be confirmed prior to the event.
